Pricing Structure

The service monthly fee is broken down as follows:

• Fixed Monthly Fee: Each package includes a fixed monthly fee, serving as the base for your chosen service.

• Users and Devices: A fee is charged (on a pro-rata basis) for each user and end-device supported (this includes unlimited tickets with our Servvice Desk) ensuring you only pay for the resources you need.

• Servers: Depending on the package, per-server charges apply. These rates vary based on the chosen service package and align with the level of service and support your business requires.

• Add-ons: Add-ons are also charged separately, giving you the option of customising our service offering to your specific needs.
